- Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department
- Input data into spreadsheets (Excel) and the ability to print the spreadsheet
- Accurately tracking and recording the receipts of various documents and records
- File paper documents in File Cabinets
Office Administrator
- Providing accounting and clerical assistance to the accounting department. Input data into spreadsheets (Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to produce reports, assign tasks, accept instructions and handle vendor contracts, among other tasks
- Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. copiers, fax machines, printers)
- 2-3 years of experience as an office clerk, administrative assistant, secretary or similar role
Income Tax Preparer
- Research and prepare work papers for various book-to-tax differences.
- Perform year-end accrual review [Balance Sheet & Income Statement] and prepare the tax provision
- Prepare various federal and state income tax returns
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Tax Accountant or in a similar role
Pubic Administrator Sales Coordinator
