Principal Accountant
Joyce Saint-Cyr is a mentor, accountant and business coach. She has earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Bernard Baruch College in New York and her Master’s Degree from Strayer University in North Carolina. She was pursuing her Doctorate Degree in Accounting from NorthCentral University in Arizona.
Brittany Howard
Office Bookkeeper Assistant
Brittany Howard is a North Carolina native, and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Children’s Literature from UNC Charlotte. She is eager to learn and meet our clients’ needs. In her free time she loves to read, watch movies, and spending time with her family.
Jashawna Wilder
Accounting Admin Clerk
Jashawna Wilder was born in Philadelphia and later moved to Charlotte in pursuit of new opportunities. She is currently continuing her education in social work and is deeply passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others. Jashawna is truly grateful for the opportunity to be part of DCP and looks forward to building meaningful relationships with both the team and the clients they serve.
Levonte Daniels
Jr. Accountant III
Levonte Daniels, a native of Saint Petersburg Florida, earned his Associate Degree in Accounting from Central Piedmont Community College. He brings valuable experience in process control and accounting data entry to Diverse Community Partners, Inc. He is excited to support clients with their financial reporting and accuracy. He’s a proud Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan.
Yves M. Joseph, MD
Procedural Quality Reviewer
Yves M. Joseph is born and raised New York native. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Molloy College and his doctorate degree from the Universidad Autonoma De Guadalajara. He has a doctorate degree in surgical medicine. He brings his skills towards paying attention to detail by assisting the organization with quality process reviews.

Bhavesh Lamba is a sophomore at UNC Charlotte majoring in Accounting with a minor in Mathematics. He has a strong passion for finance and accounting, and he works as a part-time calculus tutor as well. In his free time he loves hanging out with friends and going to the gym.
Shamir Hubbard
Jr. Accountant III
Shamir Hubbard is from Lynchburg Va. She obtained her Bachelors in Accounting from Emory and Henry College. She obtained her Masters in Accounting from Liberty University. She has been floating with Diverse Community Partners for several years. The reason I love working at DCP is that it is not just a job but a family. DCP is all about growing not just clients wise but making sure its employee can build value financial skills to help service the community and themselves

Shiralyn S. David is from the Philippines. Shiralyn earned her Bachelor’s in Accounting from Holy Angel University in the Philippines. Shiralyn strives to provide quality virtual bookkeeping and data entry support.
